When should I book?
As early as you can. Install dates fill up through November, and the best slots go first. Book before Thanksgiving to get early-bird pricing.
Can you hang lights I already own?
Yes. We'll test your strands, swap dead bulbs and hang them. Or we supply professional-grade lights for you.
Will the lights hold up to North Carolina wind, rain and ice?
We use clips made for each surface and secure every run, so they hold through winter storms. If a strand goes out during the season, call us and we'll come fix it.
Do I need to be home for the install?
Usually not. As long as we can reach the house and an outdoor outlet, we can install while you're at work.
Do you follow HOA rules?
Yes. Tell us your HOA's guidelines on colors and dates and we'll design around them.
Who takes the lights down?
We do. After New Year's we come back, take everything down and box it up for next season.
What is permanent lighting?
A low-profile LED track mounted under your roofline. It's nearly invisible by day and you control the colors from an app, all year.
